The Moynier Credit Union

The Moynier Credit Union refurbishment in Ballygawley was delivered by AMD as a controlled, high-quality upgrade to an old Danske Bank Building. Appointed as main contractor, we carried out a comprehensive internal refurbishment including, demolition and redesign, MF partitioning, plasterboard and plaster finishes, joinery works, ceilings, floor finishes, and full painting and decorating and all internal furniture and Fit Out. Particular attention was given to programme control. And the refurbishment of the top floor into 7 individual premium office spaces. Through careful coordination of trades and a disciplined site approach, the project was delivered to a high standard, providing a modern, functional, and professional space aligned with the operational needs of a busy credit union.
