Margot & Rudi – Margot & Rudi was delivered as a full interior refurbishment project in the heart of Belfast, with AMD appointed as main contractor from strip-out through to final handover. The works encompassed the full coordination and execution of MF partitioning and plasterboard systems, high-quality plaster finishes, bespoke joinery and fixed furniture, specialist tiling, painting and decorating, and the installation of feature bars and furniture. Working to a tight programme within a live city-centre environment, we managed all trades in-house and through trusted specialist partners, ensuring consistency of finish, programme certainty, and a level of detail expected of a premium hospitality venue. The result is a refined, durable space delivered with precision, craftsmanship, and commercial awareness.
